The rules. In plain English.

flypost.ai(“we,” “us”) is a SaaS that generates social-media content, carousels, captions, hashtags, based on a brand kit we extract from your website. We schedule and publish content to platforms you connect (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit).

By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

You need to provide a valid email and (when required) a payment method. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. If someone accesses your account, tell us at hello@flypost.ai.

One person, one account. Sharing accounts is against these terms, if you need multiple seats, use the Studio or Agency plan.

You won’t use flypost.ai to:

• Generate content that’s illegal, defamatory, or violent
• Impersonate people or brands you don’t represent
• Spam, defined as posting at a frequency that violates the destination platform’s rules, or coordinating inauthentic behavior
• Scrape flypost.ai itself or reverse-engineer the product
• Generate adult content, child sexual abuse material, content that promotes self-harm, or harassment of specific individuals
• Resell flypost.ai credits or sublicense the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. For severe violations (CSAM, threats, etc.), we’ll terminate immediately and may contact authorities.

flypost.ai is sold as monthly or annual subscriptions. Pricing is at /pricing.

• Auto-renewal:Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We’ll email you before any price change.
• Cancellation:Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. You keep credits + access through the end of the current billing period; we won’t charge you again after that.
• Refunds:All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds on subscription payments or credit-pack purchases. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
• Failed payments:If your card fails we’ll email you, retry for 7 days, then pause access. Your data stays put for 30 days.
• Credit packs:Top-up credits for active subscribers only. Packs don’t expire while your subscription is active and stack on top of monthly grants. Pack purchases are non-refundable.

You own everything you generate.We don’t claim any rights to posts, carousels, captions, or images flypost.ai creates for you. Use them however you want, commercially, edited, redistributed.

To make the product work, you grant us a limited license to: store your brand kit and generated posts in our systems, send prompts to our AI providers, and publish content to social platforms when you ask us to. That license ends when you delete your account.

The flypost.aiproduct, brand, UI, prompts, and pipeline are ours. You can’t copy them, sell them, or build a competing product from them.

flypost.ai uses large language models and image-generation models from third-party AI providers. These models make mistakes. Sometimes they hallucinate facts, miscount, or write something tone-deaf. Always review what we generate before you publish it under your name or brand.

We don’t guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, legally compliant in your jurisdiction, or appropriate for your audience. You’re responsible for what you post.

When you connect a social account (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.), you agree to that platform’s terms. We’re not responsible if they suspend your account for content you publish through us, though we try to keep generated content within platform guidelines.

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. On termination, we’ll keep your data for 30 days in case of reinstatement, then delete it (see our Privacy Policy).

flypost.ai is provided “as is.”We work hard to keep it running, but we don’t guarantee it’ll be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We don’t warrant that generated content will meet any specific requirements or produce any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, flypost.ai’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, even if we knew they were possible.

You agree to indemnify and hold flypost.ai harmless from claims arising from content you publish through the service or violations of these terms by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. If you’re in the EU/UK, you retain mandatory consumer protections under your local law.

We’ll update this page when we change anything material. For changes that affect your rights or pricing, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
