Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade and you'll be prorated. Downgrade and the new price kicks in next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
By default, generation pauses until the next monthly grant. You can opt into pay-as-you-go from your dashboard — extra images bill at your tier's per-credit rate (Pro $0.80, Studio $0.60, Agency $0.40) and you set a monthly $ cap so you can never accidentally overspend.
Do you offer a done-for-you option?
Yes. Our Marketing done-for-you plan is $699.99/mo and our team runs everything: brand kit, content calendar, post creation, scheduling, and publishing across all five platforms. You just approve. Hit Talk to sales on the pricing page to tell us about your brand.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free trial right now. Plans start at $49/mo, cancel anytime, prorated on upgrade or downgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final, and we don't refund subscription payments or credit packs. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I use pay-as-you-go without a subscription?
No. Pay-as-you-go is an add-on for active subscribers who blow past their monthly grant. Start with a plan above and you can enable it in your dashboard with your tier's overage rate.
What about yearly?
Yearly billing saves up to 23% (Studio) and bundles all credits upfront as a lump sum on signup. Toggle 'Yearly' above to see annual prices.
Do you charge per generation or per platform?
Per slide, not per platform. A 7-slide carousel costs 14 credits at normal quality (2 credits per slide, 3 for premium), and publishing it to as many platforms as you like is included.
