Changelog

What we've been shipping.

The honest version. Every feature, every fix, in plain English, posted as we go.

v0.9.0feature

New onboarding, 4-step questionnaire + tinder-style post stack

Rebuilt /onboarding from scratch. The brand-kit pipeline now runs on a two-column layout: live progress on the left, a 4-step questionnaire on the right (Role · Goal · Vibe · Attribution). Pipeline answers feed straight into the strategist, so post output is tuned to the person, not just the brand. Reveal screen now shows a tinder-style post stack with a 4th locked card teasing what's behind the paywall.

v0.9.0improvement

Marketing pages: examples, blog, changelog, feature deep dives

Shipped five new public pages: /examples (sample brand kits), /blog (founder essays + product writing), /changelog (this page), and feature deep dives at /brand-kit and /originality. Footer pruned to only real links. Nav got a Pricing + Story + How it works inline.

v0.8.5fix

Onboarding pipeline, brand-shell stage

Fixed a bug where stageSeeds ran before any brand row existed, so the strategist would throw on a missing brandId. Orchestrator now inserts a minimal brands row right after brand-assets so the rest of the pipeline has a real id to load. stageFinalize handles the existing-id case with an UPDATE.

v0.8.0feature

Apify-gated competitor scraping

When APIFY_API_TOKEN is set and we find social handles on your homepage, the pipeline runs an Apify scrape of your last 20 posts on each platform. The fingerprint stage extracts your actual writing voice (hook patterns, sentence rhythm, hashtag style) and feeds it into every subsequent generation. Off by default, flip the env to opt in.

v0.7.0feature

Per-seed image generation via gpt-image-2

Onboarding now generates three carousel hero images alongside the three seed posts. Each image is biased by your brand palette + visual personality so it sits inside the kit's aesthetic, not a stock template with the colors slapped on top.
